Padrón pepper

These are small peppers, between 5 and no more than 10 cm, olive green to yellowish green in color, and their gastronomic peculiarity, in addition to their generally intense flavor, is that some specimens are particularly spicy (approximately between 10% - or even less nowadays - and 25%).
As the Galician aphorism goes: "Padrón peppers, some are hot, and some are not."
